Maybe you are not exercising enough. Are you on the internet too much? I know when I spend weeks on the computer 'all day long' I gain weight. If you lack sleep you would probably loose weight as you are not lying down, and as you say you do not eat much.
Our bodies also needs food to burn the calories. It is fuel, so you should maybe eat more, believe it or not.

while I'm not sure if that is the cause of your weight gain, I can say that sleep plays an important part in our metabolism. Try getting the required amount of sleep every night and see if that helps.

Its right. When we sleep havily we will become fat even when not eaten that much food. Heavy sleeping is not good for health. It will take so many days to gain weight didn't eat lot food. In my case it takes one year. At that time I only eat normal food but my weight is increased why because of heavy sleeping in day times. Thanks for sharing. Happy myLotting.

i think we should doing more activities to reduce our weight... and i think lack sleep will not make us fat, because as i know fat caused by much sleep...
