Everyone. under stress.Dnt worry ..try this..Keep your breaht low that means push out all bad air and keep it like that for long til u need air.Then inhale deep ..... THis is natural but its effect is supernatural..try this to keep tensions low..

True..its breathing exercise name pranayama, and its excellent for stress and balancing emotions for a human body. Thanks for sharing!
