E-books are very convenient when you're mobile. I usually upload them on my cell phone and read them while my wife is window shopping or whenever I am waiting for someone in a public place. I also appreciate easily getting titles which are not available in bookstores or what you call the "hard to find" titles.
However, when I am at home. I still prefer the good ole smelly, paper back.

I prefer reading hard copies and they are fun but since i travel so much and spend almost two hours daily in a bus ebooks are a saviour for me..I have them stored in my virtual drive so they are accessible from anywhere..rather like a virtal library..the books i have can be downloaded too..just visit my website from my profile ..its nothing but my virtual drive...I am posting the link here in case you have any problem..

I'm not a very good "screen" reader so e-books don't work well for me. I can handle a few lines or so, but even on lengthy discussions on mylot, I draw a blank, and stop reading. I've probably missed a lot of good blogs and discussions because of it. If that doesn't bother you, then by all means, try it.
amazon.com has some ebooks that you can download for just a few dollars. May be worth giving a try, to see if it works for you.
Good luck and have fun!!
