Have you ever been felt ashamed of wearing braces?

you know i have never understood the thing about braces and perfect stright teeth, I think teeth can be part of a face personality, and I also think uneven teeth and protruding teeth can be part of what makes our face, I have always been attracted to guys through my life with protruding teeth or an overbite as we used to call it, I think sometimes when people get their teeth straightened they take away part of the character of their face...I think it would be a boring old world if we all had perfect stright pearly whites, I am still attracted to a cheeky smile with protruding teeth...

I have been wearing braces more than a year I had protruded teeth my sisters were always making fun of me when I did not have braces yet. They were always telling me I looked like bugs bunny and all I needed to do was jump around the house. You know it is very shameful when you have two big teeth. But now, because of the braces I have been wearing my teeth are now smaller and nicer to look at. I don't think it is really important to wear braces but it is in the persons choice. Teeth affects how people look at you then if your teeth are nice more people look at you nicely. Now that I have better teeth people are telling me that I am prettier. I am not boasting but it is true your teeth matters. I know we are all the same in Gods eyes but as we all know PEOPLE judge. For my view, I am just wearing braces to help me be more confident. Cause you can never be confident when you think that someone is looking at you differently. Hope you'll understand your friend now. :)
