Is chatting a good way for passing time and getting relax....?

Is chatting a good way for passing time and getting relax...? I hope so... whenever I feel alone and whenever I feel bore, i hook on to Yahoo and chat with people. Yahoo is a great place to know each other. I don't have time sense when I chat. I think chatting is not stupidity. We can know each others language, culture and country when we chat with people from foreign countries... With all these, it will provide some amount of relaxation in my work... what you think ? please share your ideas...

I also think its a good way to pass time its also a way just to relax and get away from things. Somwtimes i like to talk to people across the country just to know what other cultures are like.

I think chatting on line is just the same as talking on the phone, it can be very relaxing, I know i always feel better and certainly does relax me, i think it makes you think about many things and stops one from thinking too much on one thing..
