Does excercise make you gain weight instead of loosing weight?

Hi everyone! I tried to loose weight with lots of ways. I've been doing the excersice and started the fitness class. But in fact, the more I excercise, the more food I eat and instead of loosing weight, I gained weight. It was terrible! Is that normal though? I tried to discuss it with my personal instructor and he said my body starts to produce muscle. But I just feel worry and really weird because I can't control the hunger.

Yes, exercising helps to develope muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, therefore; when we first begin an exercise routine, we tend to gain weight. It also boosts metabolism, which burns calories faster and makes us feel more hungry.
Try eating more fresh fruits and vegetables to help ease your hunger. They have less calories, so should ease your hunger as well as help you to lose weight.

Hi Lynn! Thank you for the comment.I'll try your advise to eat healthy food though it's a bit hard not to get tempted when you see the mc donalds and hungry jacks everywhere. Lol
