What is your weirdest dream while you sleep?

Mine is when I found out I was in a refugee camp. I was holding a machine gun and I was one of the soldiers. But I felt fun, not afraid. The feeling was just like playing paint ball. Nobody is hurt or dead. I was laughing all through the war.

The weirdest dream that I have had recently was about my sister being kidnapped by terrorist. I don't know why they would kidnap her or anyone in my family, we're not rich or famous. But anyway that's what happened.
And for some reason in this dream, I was the one who went to save her. And right at the end when I almost had her rescued the terrorist were trying to kidnap me as well. I found out they were letting me find her so that they could capture me too.
But I got away, and rescued my sister. The terrorist managed to do all kinds of damage to the hood of my car. And there was a whole lot more involved, but I don't want to just go on and on about it.
How often do you dream? I dream almost every night. Some people rarely dream at all. I often wonder why this is. Maybe they dream, but they just don't remember the dreams. Still it seems odd that some people remember their dreams and others don't.
Any ideas on this? If so, please share. Have a good evening.

That's a terrifying dream but in this dream you are the hero. It sure was a nice feeling being a hero even though it is only in the dream. I often dream but most of my dreams I couldn't remember the whole story. I think people dream due to many reasons. Dreams can occur after we watch a movie, for instance before we go to bed. Some other times we may be thinking about a thing too much, and it turned out to be a dream while we sleep.

Wow, that is an interesting dream. Amazing how different we feel about things in dreams, things that would horrify us if we were awake. I have weird dreams when I fall asleep with the radio on, that I am actually witnessing the news stories being narrated, or that the songs on the radio are playing in the background in my dream at a dance, concert, or on the radio in my dreams.

Yeah, I have experienced that sort of dreams too. Actually we are still listening to the radio or the song but we have fallen asleep.

the wierdest dream = the scariest nightmare!
a 'lady' in white.. wanted me to follow her - but i wouldnt becoz 'she' was so scary. i said some prayers.. prayed to God to save me.. to take her away, but she came closer, closer.. i could almost feel her hand touching me.. trying to pull me to go with her..
this is when my husband really shook me hard to wake me...
he said that he was trying very hard to wake me but it was like i didnt want to come to.. he said he could hear me praying 'out loud' (probably when i was trying to chase the 'lady' away)...
the dream was so real... that i was afraid to fall asleep a few days after that...
and i still remember it very clearly...
thankfully, i havent had any more bad dreams after that...

I guess it is some sort of disturbance while we are asleep. I believe that ghosts can enter our dreams. Therefore we can sort of weird things and creatures while we sleep. The terror you are feeling a few days after that must be huge. If it was me, I wouldn't want to fall asleep again too. Afraid the lady in white would appear again and do something harmful, who knows?

I have so many weird dreams I can't say which is the weirdest. In my most recent there were these beings who looked like human but they had a way to catch and trap spirits forever and experiment on them. Well I was ghost and I was trying to rescue my baby who was taken to a place where they had labs and everything where they did their testing and kept the spirits. I got my baby back and freed the other ghosts.

It is a very interesting dream like a real ghost movie. I like having dreams like yours. But I never had one as vivid. Ever thought of writing a novel? You have all the contents already...

Hello ladysurvivor,
The weirdest thing that happens whenever I have a dream is that, my dream will never end and always jump from one situation to another unrelated situation. I don't know why...really... Two days ago, I dreamed of being a brilliant schoolgirl. I was asked so many questions by the teacher. I answered all correctly and the rest of the students in the class clapped their hands non-stop for me. For no apparent reason, I was in another dream - being chased by something, someone that I couldn't figure out what and it ended just like that. I woke up in the middle of the night and of course, it stopped there!
