How can i stop myself from getting stress?

I always get stress how can i stop it?

Hi In modern times, stress is an integral part of our lives. We deal with so many different combinations of consequences which somehow manage to put stress on us even if we look at life very positively. In my daily life, I face such situations regularly. For last 2 years I'm practicing meditation in the morning for 30 mins. Although, I have a busy schedule in the morning but still I manage to find time to do meditation. My meditation method is simple, I just think about the all perveding supreme power while meditating. It immediately cools down my mind and makes my mind less prone to stress. Whole day my mind remains calm and in most of the cases, stress factors can't badly affect my mind for a long time. Even if i get stressed, my mind, I believe due to prolonged meditation, absorbs most of the shock and I enjoy a better mindset even under trying conditions.

A way to stop being stress is by having a positive mind set. When you think positive about everything you will get positive results on whatever you try to do. Go out, have fun and enjoy yourself stop thinking so much about the negative things that stress you out because the more negative you think the more stress out you will get and also you will attract negative results on things you do. Just try to enjoy life and don't think so much about problems, bills and other things because those things will always be a part of life all you could do is manage to keep up with them and have a positive mind set on everything in life and everything will start getting a lot better not in one day to another but with time you will see the difference in everything.

well its just easy...stop thinking about the things that can stressed you out. Relax and chill yourself, give yourself a break. Go to some beautiful places or just take a stroll around the park. Spend your time with your love ones, im sure that if you do these things you will get peace of mind and you are relieved.

Hi friend. This my experience so i am suggesting you. First of all dont do any thing without enjoying doing that work. That is you have to enjoy the thing which ever you are doing. Dont expect too much. Expectation makes man more stress. So try this tips.

In life stress is unavoidable especially when we are facing lots of problems and trials wherein we are still tring to find a solution but we cant. Its just a matter of controlling yourself and just think more of some ideas to overcome it and to solve get yourself away from a lot of stress. Usually stress is a product when you think negatively about things. If you just be being passive and just try to take things easily then atleast it vcan lessen your stress. Give yourself a time to relax and think of something else to divert your mind away from those stressfull things. And i think one of the best is to share it to somebody close to you and ask for the opinion from that person to slove outb the things that gives you stress.
