have you tried meditation at any time.

I tried it during the starting of exams, interviews. Whenever i feel the pressure of me goes up.

ya ofcos i do it brfore every succesful things to happen. It is a good habbit which gives you extra energy while you perform certain tasks,reduces pressure,fell balanced. like that so kindly pray for you and for your neighbours. Good luck

I do not meditate with the intention of doing it specifically, but if I am very troubled or disturbed I just start to chant the lords name in my mind and it helps me from making me loose my mind.

Hi Yes, I do meditation regularly, not only when I'm stressed. Now different non-saint professionals have invented different types of meditation like 'fre flowing thought'method. But I prefer transcendental method where I think about the greatness and vastness of the all pervading supreme universal energy. This method is the traditional method. It dramatically calms down one's mind and have a long lasting effect on mind. It prevents mind to suffer anxiety and reduce mood swing in a significant manner.
