How will you deal with this when you start to have a family or a child. How do you divide the time, do you stop doing those extra job?

The delineation from the work-self and the private-self is both a truth and a trick. The boundary is true: The work should not interfere with one's personal life. It should not make a man less of a father because he is becoming more of a businessman, so on and so forth. But the trick of it is that, realms of a person's life should be in coordinated corresponding movement. The work-self and the private-self should be one in their objectives. The pragmatic explanation would be an experience we have all encountered. It's really hard to work when you have personal burdens to bear. What this implies is simple: we as beings must be able to oscillate between public and private spheres of living, and make both spheres as fulfilling as we could make happen.

I spend long hours in office. I make it clear at home, this is my time to build a career. So I cannot spend much time with family. Now I am not married so no big issues. I've not thought much about after marriage life.

hi echosoundz, Earlier i used to work from home, Thats why it was easy to handle the family and work. but now i have joined a job where i need to give 9 hr to the job. So weekly offs are for children (just to play and spending quality time with them) For studies i am sending them to extra tutions.. But the best thing i have learned that when i leave office, I leave my office worries and tension at office. and when i leave home i leaver home worries and tension at home. .
