How do you manage your ptc sites?

Hi, friends. I want to join some more ptc sites but I just don't know how to manage them all. It gets too confusing! Do you guys have a special system you use to follow up on sign-ups, offers, ptc? How many ptc sites are you members of and how do you manage them all? Do you visit them every day? I'd really appreciate your help, guys Cheers!
