Before you left your house, did you make a shopping list and stick to it?

Are you the type that always list down all the thing that you suppose to buy but end up buying things that are not on the list or you will only buy what listed on your list?

I do make a list and try to stick to it when I go shopping, but end up buying at leat 2-3 items not in the list! It is annoying but I can't help it.

I might make the list but I always buy something extra, even if it is on item. So yes to the first and not to the second part of the question.
