Growing up I had a friend whose mother didn't buy condiments, she just had bags full of them from fast food places. And not just ketchup and mustard, but relish, mayo, jams, peanut butter, etc.

My 4th grade teacher's friend was hired to wash a boat. So he washed the boat with paper towels, set them aside to dry, and used them again on the next boat.

my ex-husband used to steal the big industrial rolls of toilet paper from the church.
