What an exciting thing to find discussion of 'Chinese' on mylot !

I have been mylot for nearly three weeks and first know there is a 'Chinese' discussion here. What an exciting thing.
I'm from China and would like to make friends from all over the world through mylot. So first i want to say 'Hello' to everybody here.

I have been thinking of setting up a blog to introduce Chinese culture but not prepare enough yet. Maybe we can have good communication here.

Thank you. I haven't been on mylot for a long time because a business trip, so make a late reply. It's great that i was good at making Chinese food. Since my family is not rich and have many kids, i learned to do homework including cooking when i was young.

Hi Sherry,
I'm Cindy from Canada. I was actually born in Canada so I'm not considered Chinese in any way ^^; but my parents are from Hong Kong and I keep up with Hong Kong entertainment (stars, dramas, music, etc.). Nice to meet you!

Nice to meet you. I love Hong Kong. It's a nice city. And if there is any chance, maybe you can take a visit to China, you will be attracted by the beautiful landscape and culture here.

Hi Sherry! I would be interested in reading a blog about Chinese culture if you get it set up. I don't know much about Chinese culture except that I really like the food (at least the version of it that they sell in American restaurants). But I always like learning new things.
