I'm a trader.I buy products from different factories, then sell them to my customers. Now I am very upset cause more and more customers want to buy directly from factories, not traders like me.It's true that my prices would be higher, but I provide better service than factory. Many years ago trader was popular for international business, but today I work so hard just for poor profits. I think the way for traders becomes narrow, should I look for some change?

I understand you very well. I am a trader too.
I was working in a factory, and working in factory is really tough, you have to work overtime every day, and you have no commission.
Now I am a trader and I get commission, but customers woud like to contact the factory directly for lower price. You will never reveal the contact information of the factory, but when customers want to visite the factory, they deliver business card with each other, then you might be kick out from the business.
There are more and more merchandiser who is good at english and can perform service as good as trader, that's what I afraid of.
