What is it about your work that makes you excited to come to work?

I am a teacher..and being a teacher is a noble task that God has given to me. A vocation that includes 100% heart and mind involvement. But because of hardships and other concerned..I asked myself " What is it about myself that makes me feel excited to get up in the morning and make me to come to work?I review myself..for a couple of days..maybe a salary that makes me excited..but the realization comes...it is NOT!The other day, i think..its my fear to superior and the school heads...but again it's NOT!Then maybe because of my fellow teachers and colleagues that I work with and the interdependent relationship among them...maybe it's one.. Or..the student around me who really believes the way i guide them, the students that make me smile, the students that make my hearts beat fast because of some concerned about them, the students that after a whole day say a word with a smile "THANK YOU, MA'AM!"THANK YOU...two words that really gives 100% satisfaction for my whole life..that make me feel excited to see the four walls of classroom..!
