who else is an HR practitioner?

I'm somewhat a HR practitioner, I'm a HR specialist for a Fortune 500 company. I work in a call centre where employees of the company call me for issues they have on their issues in hr. Sometimes it works as a general line, we're called for all type of issues, and we need to transfer the employee to other specialized departments. This is my scop: Scope: HR Role : HR Specialist Industry : Travel and banking It's nice to know that there is someone who works in the HR department here.. :) Thanks for creating this discusssion!!
