Sick season is upon us!

I am sick with a cold and just miserable. It's that time of year again. The joys that come with the winter season. I've been hoped up on cold medicine, drinking ridiculous amounts of water trying ot make it through work.
Have any of you caught the winter cold/flu yet? What things do you do to get through it? Do you get sick easily or are you one of the lucky ones?

I haven't gotten sick yet and I work with a lot of children that always have a cold. I wash my hands constantly. I know it dries out your hands but really, that is one of the best ways to prevent getting the cold or flu. I'm sure if I didn't wash my hands so much and try to keep my hands away from my face, I'm sure I'd probably already be sick by now.
When I do get sick, I just take some meds and sleep it off. There really isn't much else you can do. And, to prevent getting sick again, disinfect all the places that you touch the most!

I am a compulsive hand washer too. I keep sanitizer and lotion in my purse all the time! lol. Happy mylotting!

Just some little cold as usual, but I don't really bother, its over before you know it and except the irritating sneezing its fine by me as long as my throat stays fine, cause when my throat hurts I'm feeling bit down directly, just cause it feels like it stays forever, and whatever you drink/eat it doesnt makes you feel better.
Best medicin to cold is coffee I guess, it just makes it much better for a while.

That's how I was yesterday "Oh just sneezes" more annoying than anything and today i wake up and can barely swallow water without being in pain. Agh. The one downfall to winter, I always get sick!

I don't have the flu or a cold, but I do have a sinus infection. The weather is changing so drastically right now that it is messing with many people's sinuses. I know there are at least four people with a sinus infection right now in my church. I have to keep myself safe and do what I can to not get sick because I have a weak immune system at the moment.

Just starting to feel a little bit of a sore throat and sneezed several times today. Uh-oh!
Generally my family (son,daughter, and husband) are all sick in succession and after everyone is healthy again, then I get sick and no one is around to help me.

I am surprised I got sick, I haven't been around anyone sick! I hear ya on taking care of yourself. I just happend to get sick the week my boyfriend is out of town working. Agh. Hopefully it passes soon.

Get well soon. I'm probably one of the people with a weaker immune system heh. I'm not sick at the moment but I have been before... horribly sore throat + coughing + sneezing -.-. I just take medicine for it though... takes a while. I feel bad when I get my family members sick however. And sometimes I catch stuff from them. I hate the cold weather, I get headaches more often now too. :
