Prayiny in front of GOD.

I thank God everyday and ask for forgiveness. I have experienced times when I cried while praying-I actually experienced that today during Jumah. I had a feeling come over me and I started to tear up-however, I wasn't sad but felt enlightened.

I have cried this week to God about an situation that made me very sad. When I cry to him, I know that he cares and he hears my pleas. He will do everything in his power to heal my broken heart. I often have to ask for forgiveness, when I have been wrong about something, or when I have done someone wrong. I always thank God for his blessings that he give to me. I am very grateful for many great things that has taken place in my life.. It has to have been God himself that made it all happen!

Brother,thanks for this discussion.I thank Allah Almighty daily whenever I get up in the morning,then in five times prayers and when I get some happiness or see good things around.I always like weeping and crying in prayers.Normally this thing happens during the Friday prayers when the Imam recites the Holy Quran and I understand the meanings.There are some Imams who are so pious and practical believers that they always weep and cry while leading prayers.I know our beloved Prophet Muhammad(pbuh)used to weep in prayers.He made the sand wet with his tears when he prayed for help in prosteration before the battle of Badar and Allah Almighty was kind to send the armed angels to assist the Muslims.........

i pray and thank God everyday. I often wonder what things I might be able to accomplish for him. I often thank him for the blessings he has given me. I pray for understanding and wisdom as well as how to become closer to him. I often wonder about all that he has done and all that he is doing now. It amazes me to look up and see the sky at night and think that with a breath he created everything we see.
