Donkeymails.com..What's the deal with this website? Are they legit?

I have been a member of this website since last year. I pooled around quite an earnings. It's a PTC site, by the way. I have requested a payment last weekend for the first time ever. I didn't have a problem requesting. When I checked if my request got through, a message popped-up saying that they were already processing my request and that they'll be making payment at the end of this month. It was fine by me. Last night, I was checking my inbox and clicking ads on the website. This morning, however, I was shocked to find that I can no longer access their website. An error page will come up every time I try searching for the site. It says I don't have permission to access the site. What does that mean? Is the problem my server or they have blocked my account? For what reason? I wanna know if you have experienced the same. Is this some kind of a trick to prevent members from cashing out? Do they cut off members automatically once they've requested payout? Please, let me know. Thanks!
