i am not able to copy-paste???

hello mylottians thank you for posting your comments.
I am not able to use copy-paste function. If i do so itdisplays something as you have to be done 500. I cant understand, Well can anybody help me. How to check whether i completed 500 posts or not. In that 5oo posts includes both responding discussion and only new discussion. I am totally confused.please can any one help me from this.. Thank you!!

Hello and welcome to mylot! Right now you are at a post count of 118, some people will refer to this as a point count. However, whatever you may call it that is the number of discussions you have both started, responded to and commented on (which is responding to someone who has responded to you or to someone else) You must have 500 accumulated before you can copy / paste and until then you must type out what you wanted to copy and / or paste or you could wait until you receive the number of posts.

The post count is beside your user name. I'm not sure about it if your checking your emails from mylot, but otherwise it's right beside your name.

There is a number in parenthesis next to your name. This is the number of posts you have posted here at MyLot. This includes the responses you have posted to other people's discussions, and the number of discussions you started. Right now as I write this, the number next to your name is 118. This number has to reach 500 before you will be allowed to use the copy and paste function in your posts. I thought I would never reach 500 posts, but if you keep working at it, you will get there. The ability to copy and paste in discussions sure comes in handy when you are wanting to put quotes in your posts. The first 500 posts seem like they take forever to get, but you will get there before you know it. Just keep at it and don't give up...

Hii friend, you should reach 500 replies before starting copy pasting. you only reached 119 replies right now. Adding comments to a response or discussion doesnot count as a new reply. Your response to a discussion is counted as a reply. Now you are on 119.
That means you replied 119 discussions. You should achieve 500 replies. Once you reach there you can do copy pasting.

How many I have already made? If you can find out, you have understood what other friends have told you !!!

you cannot copy and paste anything until you have reached at least 500 post. i don't know what the reason this is for. maybe its because they don't want people to sign up and just start copying and pasting a bunch of stuff so they can try to make a bunch of money. i guess its like a trust thing, if you can make 500 post by using this site right they'll give you that feature.
