Are there any eco people or greenies on mylot?

I really want to be a greenie. It just seems so darned much more expensive. Why is that? Why is being earth friendly so much pricier than not giving a flying flip about what happens to the earth? It just doesn't seem fair at ALL!!
So yeah, I'd love to go green but a lack of money is making it rather difficult for me & my soon to be hubby to do so. Can anyone give us some great, inex[ensive tips for going green?

I like to live a greenie life and try to follow it possible. I am saving money for solar system and try to buy one and to have solar electricity. I am also trying to plant small plants and to have terrace gardening.
