King Solomon's Mines

Archaeologists working in Jordan think they may have found the site of the fabled mines of King Solomon. Remember he was supposed to be the richest king of his times, and many stories were written about where his wealth was supposed to have come from? The problem here is that apparently these mines contained copper rather than gold or diamonds. Makes you wonder just how true are other tales of history, doesn't it?
