what do you say about these random payments

hi friends few weeks back i was surfing a site and happened to see about this alertpay randomizer and that requires a $3 investment and get $3 unlimited to your account, too good to be true so i didn't give much importance to this and didn't join BUT now few days back i saw the same scheme with paypal and it needs $5 investment and get more and more $5 into your paypal account as we all know PAYPAL doesn't support most of the scam sites, and this one pay through paypal do you think this is legit?????????? give me your opinion
