hello,
you can enjoy loneliness by appreciating the time to yourself. after all, you don't have to be surrounded by people all the time. rather than fill your mind with possibly useless discussions and thoughts, you can take this time to enjoy a moment of peace, have some time to yourself, and enjoy the silence. i do at times enjoy loneliness by just sitting idle and thinking nothing. just having that time for myself ..... it may seem to people that i am wasting the time but... i feel that i give that time to myself.
well have a good day!

spending time alone is like spending time with yourself, talking to yourself.it gives you time to review what you have done till now.its just like performing a check on yourself.thanks for sharing your ideas.

you can take sometime with yourself to think about some beautiful memories that are close to your heart...afterall,being alone is not that scary.and one thing, you need not pretend everytime, just express yourself and you'll find it very relieving.

alone and lonely are two very very different things. I love being alone and I rarely get lonely. I have plenty of people in my life and plenty of things i love doing when I'm alone. It is a rare thing for me to feel either lonely or bored. If I do then it is a signal for me to get motivated and do something. I don't sit with either of those feelings for long ....not ever.

If that is what is meant by lonely then I am all for it. I like being alone with my thoughts and I like to do lonely things like work on my website and do mylot stuff. Sometimes being with people is not so productive especially with people who like to repeat themselves as though we did not understand them the first time. Bring on the lonely, I'm ready for it. Cheers!!

I have never enjoyed being lonely. I dont think anyone enjoys being lonely. Being ALONE however i do enjoy sometimes. It is nice to have time just to yourself to think or relax or do whatever it is you want to do. Everyone likes to have time to themselves once in a while. It is important.

I dont like being lonely...lonelyness its quite depressing.
But being alone, doesnt necessary means being lonely. And I do sometimes enjoy being alone. I can concentrate on things I love, on my thoughts, just enjoying and relaxing in peace and quiet.

i like to be alone because i can do what i want to do (sometimes i get into my crafts so much that i forget to eat!!), i dont have to worry about doing stuff, watch what i want to do, read all day if i wanted to. eat what i want to. that sort of thing.

Hi there fellow mylot friend. I will answer this question after clarifying what i understand by being alone. If my girl has left town to visit her parents, i will enjoy this time to prepare some kind of surprise for her and also to check out my favorite stores to see if they have any interesting cloths to buy. If i have enough money i will also look to buy a book and read.

I don't think you mean being lonely. I believe you mean spending time alone. I believe that we all need to have time alone to strengthen ourselves. SOmetimes we need time alone to pray (I do), read, catch up on work or other things we need to do, ... I enjoy spending time alone praying, singing, writing (yes, I am a writer), taking walks (especially in nature) and other such things. When I am alone I feel free to be me and I don't have to please any other person but me and I like that feeling of freedom every now and then. I say, "every now and then" because most of the time I prefer to be around other people that I know and care about.
