I am thinking about a new business where I sell chocolate with personalised messages on the wrappers - does anyone think its a good idea? It is like a franchise so not my own idea.
I can sell to anybody having a birthday party, wedding, christening etc or do things especailly for Christmas or Halloween or Easter etc.
I would have to find my own customers, obviously,I buy chocolate bars in bulk then have pre printed wrappers with different designs with a apace to put on a personal message, all I have to do is take the orders and print, wrap and deliver.
I have an initial outlay of approx £1200 for everything needed to start up the business.
Would any of you guys take a risk and see where it goes or is it something to steer clear of??

Hi,
I think that it is a good idea. Everything that is special and unique will get a lot of attentions from people. So, personalized wrappers and messages on chocolate will be a great idea to try.
Best of luck.

Sure it is. It can be a real money making opportunity. Alot of people like chocolate. Or we know someone who does. You have to decide if the risk is worth taking. I say go for it, and good luck!
