About 50% of my diet is fruits. I eat 1 to 2 bananas a day and an apple. The only advice I can offer is to keep the easy to eat fruits on hand: apples, bananas, and plums. It saves time if you take something like a banana, orange, or apple that you don't have to prepare every morning. keep posting.. take care and have fun..

I daily take different types of fruits.Grapes and apple is my favourite fruits.

it depends to the fruits that being serve to the table, sometimes we dont have fruits and sometimes lots of fruits are being served. We are fruit lover but most of the time i buy banana for my 2 year old daughter love to eat banana.
