Some people sleep early, some very late. Usually I sleep at half pass elevent and seldom later than 0:00. I wake up at half pass six. that means I sleep for around six to seven hours every. Weekends are execption. I wake up in the mid-room on Saterday and Sunday, and sleep late on Friday night and Saterday night. I keep this routine...routine is boring..

Hi there fellow mylot friend. It depends for me, because sometimes i have more things to do, sometimes less and also i maybe more or less tired in a certain day, so that's a factor to take into account also. I will sleep at least 6 hours daily and i think that my average is of 8 hours daily.

On weekdays, I'll hit the bedroom by 10pm and have to wake up at 6.00pm (unless I forget to switch on the alarm clock)cos have to wake up my son for school. So, on weekdays, my slepping hours will roughly be 7-8 hours. On weekend, it's different coz I get to watch the English Premier League and can stay awake till 4.00am. Further, if there are Champions League matches on that week (normally on Tuesday and Wednesday), I'll set the alarm clock to 2.40am and will not go to bed after that. As such, my sleeping routine is not that boring, unless there are no soccer matches at the weekend or it's summer time (off season).

I really like to sleep early especially when your very tired from work and really stress out, but unfortunately I can't I still do some paper works at home so usually my earliest is 10 p.m. and wake up at 5 a.m. that is Monday to Friday. Saturday I still sleep late by watching movies or browsing at my computer. So Sunday morning I really wake up late 11 a.m. hahahaha! routine is really boring but sometimes that's how we decipline ourselves. Have a nice day!

I like routine, I prefer boring. I get scared when something out of the ordinary happens. I like to watch the plants as they grow. I like inspecting compost as it composts. I'm boring. Cheers!!

I usually sleep before 11pm but it depends on my task on hand and I wake-up at 6am, whether I sleep late or sleep early I still wake-up at 6am. I guess that because of my body clock.

I usually sleep late. I sleep 1 or 2pm. I have many things to do like Mylot, study and do my assignments. I usually have many new ideas at night. I think maybe because it is more quite during the night. Wake time depends if I have something to do next day. If I have class, I have to wake up early. I wake up late especially on weekends.

I sleep six to seven hours a day. In the weekends I slept at afternoon time from one to two hours. I think six hours sleeping is good for our health. But some people says eight hours sleep is essential to our body. Happy to sharing your views.

Most of the time I don't sleep enough I think, cause I'm always tired, I make 6 hours per night avarage, and in the weekend 10+ hours, cause else I can't wake up at monday morning, mornings are mostly the same, around 6.30 I awake.
