Are you born evil/good or do we become evil/good?

I was just wondering, are we born evil/good? Or do we become evil/good as we grow up. I personally think we grow up becoming evil/good? I think the idea was john lockes? So what do you guys think?

Behavior is something that is learned it is not something we are born with. It is all how we are raised.
