How to increase appetite?

Chew a thin slice of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt ten minutes prior to dinner and you should get hunger pangs. Avoid drinking tea, coffee or softdrinks cuz when u eat or consume which is sweet in nature it will reduce ur appetite .

How bout trying the chillies? It works for me every time and you know what, chillies have more Vitamin C than the lemon. Well, this is what I read in the health magazine. The sensation when you eating the chillies actually bring out the appetite and saliva which will eventually help the digesting even more. You will eat more than usual. But don't eat too much, you might just over do it. Cause the chillies might hurt your stomach if you eat too much. Best Wishes...

Thanks for sharing such a simple yet effective recipe. I think it will work best to increase the appetite when we do not feel like eating. But I am not facing the problem of less appetite now. I eat too much. Therefore, tea, coffee and softdrink might be my remedy to keep my weight in control
