Just report this mail to spam, these are mainly the nigerian fraud scam, just see the contact nos. in that mail - if it starts with +44, the you're certain.

It is all bogus, don't fall a prey for
it. They will convince you in different
ways that you will get big money and In order to get it they will ask you to part
with small money. When once they get your
money that is the end, they will vanish.

Most likely its a fraud, i have received few exactly same content email but i just deleted it once i see that i need to pay or buy their membership in order to get my gift or money, better stay away from this kind of email if you dont want to lose your money :)
