Good recording device(mobile or player) for recording conferences and Lectures

As I am getting very problem for remembering the lecturers and conferences in any meetings so I want to get an mobile or any player for low cost but I have the LG Mobile but it is not recording well so please advise me a mobile or player which are available in india with less cost..
