If you could give Police one piece of advice what whould it be???

If I could give the police some advice it would be well hold on before I say it let me say the story that made me come up with the decision. Lately for about the last four or five months there have been many shootings in my town, so I would have guessed the cops would be after the shooters not some petty misdoers. But I guess not. My freind was walking down the street drinking a coke, he got finished with his bottle and tried to toss it into a trash can, but it missed, and it just so happened a cop drove by and saw it. So the cop stop and arrested my friend for littering. While he could have been looking for the shooter that had done a drive by about an hour before. So my advice to a police officer would be "stick to the bigger crimes and just cause they are having a bad doesn't mean they should take a petty harmless person to jail so if they can't handle defeat why the heck should they be a cop???
