How do you stay alert at work?

Now it seems no matter what i do, i always get drowsy at some point during my work day. I have tried coffee in the morning, vitamins. bottles of waters, 8 hours of sleep. Sometimes less,sometimes more. I bring a sweater. I keep it on, i take it off. But no matter what I do, there always comes a time that i hit my wall. Usually, right after lunch. Sooo i tried eating little meals during the day so i do not get that i-just-ate-a-thanksgiving-dinner-and-i-need-a-nap-feeling. I need help. What do you do? Is there a cure? Lol

If you sleep properly at night times eight hours a day it will very useful to stay at work place. Break fast is also necessary to take yearly hours in the morning it will activates our mind. If you don't get that felling when you are sleeping properly at night times. Happy to share your views. Happy myLotting.

firstly It is vital to find the reason why you get drowsy all day. then regulate yourself. It is important for have a good sleep because enough sleep can refresh yourself. beside, you can do a lot morning exercises.when you are be dull or monotonous you can chat with good friends on the phone.

haha.. THere's a way, but not many ple will wanna do that because they think it's stupid.. lol =D
Exercise ^_^ Going to the gym for some light workouts or a short run will boost your metalbolism, and that u will definitely feel very much refreshed and awake.. hehe ^_^ But that will also mean that u won't have enough time for lunch, and that u can only have tea break ^_^ hehe

One tip for you not to stay sleepy during time of work is you sleep early at night so that youll have enough energy to perform your task or work during those time, Itll make your mind and brain to function well and itll give your body full of energy. When its weekdays stay away from sleeping late cause itll only do no good for yourself.
