I heard that apple cider vinegar is good for sinus affections. Just 1-2 tablespoon in full glass of water and drink it. they said it clears up the affection. I have tried and when wake up in the morning I am not much congested as much when never I have tried it before. So I think it is working. I also heard it is good for loosing weight. Weird huh???? What do you think??

I think you are thinking of infection not affection. You never want to clear up affection. But apple cider vinegar is good for your digestion as well.and a good laxative. As is lemon juice. My daughter drinks it down or soaks cucumbers in it and gets the same benefit.

There is no way you should drink that much vinegar. My wife did something along that line to loose weight. She had to have her Gaul bladder removed. It became a 14 hour surgery. She then spent 7 days in intensive care and didn't even know she was alive and that was followed by 7 days in a regular hospital room. The Doctor didn't even know what was wrong with her until I told him about the diet she was on. He said she had started to pickle inside over large areas. The flesh on the outside of all her organs was turning white and dying. Vinegar is a strong acid and you mix any other acid with it and it can kill you. There is enough acid in just soft drinks added with the vinegar to kill a person over a period of time.

hello moon :-) we have an apple cider vinegar at home too and i am quite aware of its health benefits but we seldom used it. as a dressing for salad or dish, it is more sour for us. well we are just not yet used to substitute it as a vinegar. we are also not aware of how to use it, so thanks for the info and tip you provided.
