Yes, I do. I watch many scary movies.. I love to watch Final Destination.. This is a really good scary movie.. I love movies, mostly where there are young teens in at. I don't know why I prefer movies as these, but I do. I like to watch movies when it played out in the 80s or so..

Scary movies that have a supernatural element to them are the best. For example, the Exorcist or the Exorcism or Emily Rose. Things that are beyond our human control are terrifying to me. The idea of being possessed by a demon is scary because we truly don't understand otherworldly phenomena. Basic slasher movies are good too, but not really scary, just gorey. They provide us with the thrill of watching someone get buthchered alive without actually witnessing a real murder. Unexplained phenomena can be bone-chilling.

Silent Hill. Scary, but not bloody. I feel frightened but excited when I watch scary movies. Usually I turn down the volumn when it reaches the most frightening part. It works that make you feel less frightened.

I watch scary movies. But none of scary movies i watched are scary movies. I will watch only once scary movies. Recently i saw a movie called Phoonk. This was directed by Ram Gopal Verma. This film was not so scary in story. But the effects makes film little scary.

I've watched scary movies, but don't really go out of my way to see them. I frankly find a lot of them so unrealistic that they are not that scary. There are some that do have some crazy concepts though. One of my favorite ones was the 1408. It was really good especially because of the ending, which I won't give away. :) It has to do with a haunted hotel room and a writer that explores paranormal activities.

I have had to watch Saw all week as my daughter thinks it is great. My mother says she should not watch it as it is too gorey for her.
I personally like the Freddie Grugger nightmare movies. They are the best. I liked poltergiest (wrong spelling) as it could actually happen in life, but I do not really like the blood ones, they are awful to watch and these days it looks so real. I like the ones that could really be true horrors best (I think). Thank you for this discussion.
Yes I am a wimp with the gorey ones, (I hide away).
