Healthy eating often means healthy cooking. You make your recipes healthier by using less salt or
lower-fat cheese - what other tips have you got?
I make my recipes by decrease using oil and meat but increase vegetable for meals

although we know eating certain foods increase unhealty disease risk .it is often tough to change oue eating habits ,whether you have years of unhealthy eating under your belt or you simply want to finetune your diet ,and here i know some suggestion about the eating heathly ,,
limit unhealthy fats and cholesterol...
limiting how much saturated and trans fat you eat is the most important step you can take to reduce your blood .
next i think should choose low-fat protein sorces,
i mean lean meat ,poultry fish ,low-fish daiey products and egg whites or egg substitues are some of your best sources of protein.
the third one that eat more vegetables and fruits
vegeatales and fruits are good sources of vitamins and minerals ,they are low in calories and rich in aietary fiber.a diet high in soluble fiber ,the kind found in fruits and vegetables ,can help prevent cardiovascular diease .

I like to eat raw salads and add some nuts to my meal. I eat cucumber, lettuce, cress, spring onions, carrot, red cabbage, beetroot and pine nuts. I have a salad dressing that has a vinegary sort of taste. I drink water, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice and soya. I try to have as little salt as possible. Later I will eat banana and passion fruit. I have a healthy diet and as a result lots of energy.

hi! i avoid frying food. i grill meat instead, careful not to char it. i also try to increase our vegetable intake, cooking veggies as often as i can. when eating out, i scan the menu and order fresh fruit juice instead of softdrinks. i know this is not enough, we still eat cakes and fast food, but i know it's a good start and it's better than not being health-conscious at all.
have a nice day!
