Petite women’s fashion - what’s the best jacket/ trousers/ tops etc. to wear if you are petite?

i know little of fashion whatnots, but i do know that petite women are good in semi-loose dresses (those with garters near the knee-line). they are flattering and don't actually embrace the physique of a lady.

I think most of the stores have their own collection for petites. I am petite too and I wear most of the clothings like jeans pants, capris, loose tops or tight tops etc. I bought a jacket from costco last year for $30 and its good till now. thinking of using it for this year too.
