I ordered this product called Miracle Noodles. I just received it today. I received the order today. It has zero carbs and zero calories! It's 100% fiber and is said to be good for your health. I'm going to start a new diet tomorrow morning with these things. I've read a few posts about them and hope to be very successful in losing weight with them. Has anyone else tried them. They come in various shapes and consistencies. They don't need to be cooked and they absorb the flavor of whatever you cook them with. I will post my results of my new diet every week so everyone can see if it's working. If anyone is interested in joining me I will be posting my inches and weight tomorrow online and will repost on the the 5th on November after being on the diet for one week. Here's what I'm planning to do. Every morning I will take a multi-vitamin, 2 omega3 pills, 1 magnesium pill (I take this because I had a magnesium deficiency once and was given magnesium introvenously and it hurt like hell, my arm went totally numb. I don't ever want that to happen to me again!) and a glucosamine pill (helps your joints). I will have a cup of coffee with cream and equal. For breakfast I will eat a bowl of miracle noodles and have my first glass of water. Before lunch I will have a second glass of water with a drop of hoodia to help with snacking before lunch. Lunch will consist of another bowl of miracle noodles and either a piece of fruit or some stir fry vegetables. At this time I will have my 3rd glass of water. Sometime before dinner I will have my 4th glass of water and 1/2 Dr. Atkins bar (I can't usually eat a whole one for some strange reason). Dinner will consist of my 3rd bowl of miracle noodles and a salad or a few ounces of meat, poultry or fish. I will have my 5th glass of water with dinner. After dinner I will chew a piece of Hoodia gum. A few hours before bed I will have my 6th glass of water. Right before I go to bed I will take 3 Acai pills and my final glass of water (I tried to work in 8 glasses but oh, well...I did have coffee, that's liquid!). I will repeat this everyday for a week and let you know how it turns out. If you have any experience with miracle noodles please let me know!

I had never heard of those noodles, but just checked them out. They sound amazing. I am going to tell my husband later about these and hopefully get him to buy some. I will check back to see how you have got on with them. Thank you for letting me know about these noodles. I hope they do work well for you.

Where's the exercise part? Sorry, but this sounds all wrong to me...I'll give you 2 days but you won't last all the way through the second day. Want to know why you will fail?....let me know and I will tell you. Sorry to be so negative but I'm simply being honest.

Ok...I've seen another post, day 2 I think it was, and it seems you rush around a lot so that will burn some calories.... I'm with you with the pumpkin pie and banan thing....I wouldn't be able to pass them up either. I'm interested to see how you continue.

i start exercise next week. I will only be doing this particular phase for 7 days. don't worry, there's a method 2 my madness...I'm not doing celebrity style dieting. Besides, Thanksgiving is this month and I plan on rewarding myself with a big slice of sweet potato pie and for leftover day a bowl of banana pudding! Those are two days this month that I will be needing those noodles to save calories so I can eat my favorite desserts!

At least you exercise. I'm active but I don't have an actual exercise regimen. By the time I'm done running around, I feel like I've run a marathon. I really do need to exercise though. I have no excuse, I have an exercise room full of equipment!
