I believe they dont charge you when someone sends you money if your account is personal. When it comes to transfering your money it does charge you I think they have limits to transfers if its small they usually charge if its large they dont charge you I just cant simply remember the digits but its there. I suggest mam that you explore paypal and read its faq.

oh okay, well i have a business account and they charge when i receive money. guess because it is over 500.00 dollars. however when i transfer it to my bank account they do not take any fees out. i have been with pay pal for sometime now. if you have a pay pal debit card which i also have, its more convenient when you receive money it goes directly on the debit card and you can draw out the money as soon as its in your account and you can use it at any ATM instead of waiting on the money to be transferred into your bank account which usually takes a few days. pay pal charges 1.00 if you use the atm plus whatever the atm charges to use there service. once again i do not get charged for transferring money in my bank account for sure. maybe the reason for this is because i have a business account and there could be a difference between that and personal.

The conditions of withdrawing money from your PayPal account depend on the country where you're living. FE I can withdraw to my credit/debit/prepaid card and to an US bank account (but I haven't one). They are charging $2 from a withdrawal from me.
As far I understand you can withdraw to your local bank account too... I guess you can find out about fees in your members' area. Try to withdraw and see what happens. If the fee seems to be too big, cancel and wait until you earned more.

I don't believe there is any transaction fee for transferring money from your PayPal account to your bank account, but I do believe there is a $1.00 minimum per transfer and know it can take a few days. Check out the FAQ there for more info to be sure.
