what is the use of conference calls

There are so many times I had to do conference calls. I had to do one 2 days ago because of the delivery issue. My company uses outside delivery company for everything we sell. I was on conference call for about 3 hours with one of my customer, a vendor & delivery agent. My work called me on my day off while I was having my lunch. I called my customer & she told me her applinaces where being delivered to a wrong address. I called back to my work & told one of the person I work with to pull her order. Address on the order was correct but somewhere in the transit, house number was messed up. I wasn't sure if the vendor got the wrong address or delivery company got the wrong address. Of course place I work isn't the only place these guys deliver for. So it was quite possible, eventhough they didn't admit to it, that the delivery company got one of the orders they've received from other "retailers" confused with one of our orders, being it that both had similiar address. It was pretty funny site, me sitting on diner with a phone stuck to my ear with coffee sitting infront of me trying to figure this out for 3 hours.

Normally in your cell phone you will talk to one person only. inspite that you can talk to many people by activating conference option in your mobile phone. when you activate you can have chat with more person at a time.yep, conference option is good thing in a cellular phone so kindly make use of it.Thank you.Have a nice day.Happy posting.
