i'm using DSL connection. dial up is so very slow. i'm using Dial ip connection when i'm not that addict in internet surfing but now my day wouldn't be complete if i didn't get online in a day. DSL is not that much fast. but i'm comfortable with the speed. so it's okay. i think smart broadband is much good than globe broadband. but i never tried smart broadband, some of my friends said that smart broadband is better than globe broadband. so give it a try.

hi alleroi16! the only negative feedbacks that i always hear with regards to smart broadband is that it always loses its connection. with my globe, this has happened to me one time only. well, what i enjoy most is that as long as the page of the site i opt to visit loads fast then no problem with me at all. as long as i can mylot everyday and boost up my earnings. hahaha! happy posting and happy mylotting!

I'm using a smart broadband. The connection is smooth and fast. I used globe broadband before and as for experience it really depends on the location.

read the document carefully coz in docs they say 256Kbps (kilobit) which i equal to 32 KILOBYTE coz 1 byte = 8 bit so choose the plan carefully

ugh..i am still on the most dreaded of possible connections...dial-up! oh the horror lol! i really really want dsl, but after trying for almost 2 weeks to get earthlink dsl hooked up and going back and forth between them and the phone company here..i finally just had to cancel dsl order and go back to dial-up the phone company man came out a few times and could get a dsl signal to the box at the back of the house, but i couldnt get one inside the house, on any jack. then i asked the phone company guy to come in and see if HE could, cause i thought i was doing something wrong..He thought that perhaps my modem (supplied by earthlink) was defective and told me to send it back. which i did, and earthlink sent another one..all of which took another 5 days. and even the NEW modem did not work. so after much frustration, and being told that something was wrong with the phone lines INSIDE the house and that it would take a repair man opening up the walls to look at and or put new lines in....i said THAT IT IM DONE! and went back to dialup. which sucks lol!

I am on dial-up. I've been using it for years. As I live out in a rural area DSL and cable are not available. I've heard that Satellite is, but I also heard that it is a lot more expensive than these two and not as fast. So I'll just continue to wait until either cable or DSL is available. But I'm not happy about it as dial up is so slooow!

hi, skbh12. we've settled for broadband now. we first had broadband then we switched to dsl because they said it's faster. however, our house was almost outside the 5-kilometer radius of dsl's capability (whatever!) so dsl is not good for us. we switched back to broadband. sigh! it's really slow sometimes but this is the best that we can have right now. have a nice day!
