Know it quiet hard to be in my 30's, hahaha i begin to forget things which i supposed to do a couple of minutes ago.Even my supposed to be discussions, Iv'e thought during bath time, now facing at my computer completely blank and cannot even remember the topic or the discussions I am about to make....Memory Gap...Really is cause of age or lack of vitamins..
I just hope that lack of vitamins will, so I can just take some memory enhancer pill and viola, gain my memory back...

I am 63 yrs young and till now i have a very good memory. I can still remember certain incidents which took place when i was 4 yrs old. However sometimes and that is rarely my mind suddenly goes blank and if i try tostrain myself to remember i find that i just cannot do it. But the next day when i am having a bath and when i pour cold water over my head suddenly i remember it. Funny isn`t it?This has happened to me several times. Why don`t you try it, it may work?

hi veejay, wow at 63 and have a very nice memory. I have to really practice my memory bank then...I am half your age and is forgetful, how sad for me.....And yes there are times that when I forgot about something I have to do, I just repeat what I have done, like if I came from the kitchen and go to my room because i have to get something, then in my room i forget it, I will return to the kitchen and do it over, so I can remember what I need to do at my room.(sounds so funny but it happens most of the time) and yes it is sometimes so tiring..thansk for sharing some views here..have a nice day.

Is it like meditating? I am not aware of prayaman? ( Am I right? )I am now practicing my memory by playing some games that requires a lot of memory or at least boost my mind to think a lot...hope it works for me..thanks again veejay.

oh marty that's why it worries me now (lol). I am so forgetful at this age so how much more at later years...but kidding aside, maybe because of multitasking like what one of our friends is telling, my mind is so pre-occupied of so many things to think about, losing my focus and forgetting small details. I am looking for ways to overcome it and stay in focus..(lol) thanks for your views. such a lovely thoughts.

My memory fails me sometimes. I usually write things down to help me remember the most important things.

Oh I've always been a forgetful person even when I was younger. I don't know if this is memory gap or what. I can't accept I have a memory gap even if I am in my 50's already because I can still memorize chapters in the Bible. Imagine that not only verses but chapters do I memorize. How could I have memory gap. But how come I can forget and have actually lost countless of umbrellas while traveling. Well topics that were supposed to posted here also go out of my memory after couples of minutes. But I'm glad I could recall after some deep recall. (Ha!ha!ha!) Well, they say it is not actually memory gap but thinking of so many things which our brain can no longer hold. Could it be true? Well too me it is true, because I am one busy person and I want to accomplish so many things that I tend to forget some details. Another thing is that I don't always give enough attention like I just put down things and then later I'd be crazy looking for where I placed that thing...either a pen or glasses! Tsk, tsk!tsk!

I know what you mean... i am already in my early thirties... and i had epidural when i gave birth... so my memory would always falter... and when it comes to discussions here in mylot... it is so important to take down notes when we suddenly have a great idea... or else... we would surely forget it when we sit infront of the computer...

hi there. i could really relate to you. Im so forgetful. . forgetting even important things. im also contemplating on taking memory pills but one friend told me that the problem is not my memory, but having a so pre-occupied mind. im a mother, wife, career woman and businesswoman. having so many thing in mind, we tend to forget several things. we need to prioritize things and focus on them.

As the diversity takes the position and multitasking also added up it become difficult for the human to get compete with all works as much they can..so its human to forget or miss the overlapping thoguhts and ofcourse the memory too.. i could say relax improves the memory levels too

Memory exercises really help a lot. I can solve the rubik's cube blindfolded and it really sharpens up my memory. It is very helpful in my study of nursing because in nursing, there are tons of information which needs to be familiarized and also memorized.
Anyway, be careful of some memory enhancer pills. Because some medicines which increases memory are the medicines that is used to treat mental retardation. Here in the Philippines there is this one memory enhancer medicines and some people complains dizziness and headaches.
