No Smoking ?

Dear friends, We, most of people in world know that smoking is harmful for our health, but we do not care it. How might be harmful for our health? We must know that, smoking is recognized as the leading preventable cause of death,Anyone with a smoking habit has an increased chance of lung, cervical,and other types of cancer; respiratory diseases such as emphysema, asthma, and chronic bronchitis; and cardiovascular disease,such as heart attack,high blood pressure, stroke, and more other disease.The risk of stroke is especially high in women who take birth control pills. SO, Be careful friends. Think more before taking smoke again.

mmmm,, i dont think if smoking is good for our health.. but i dont really sure,, if someone who like to smoke can stop it forever.. smoke is make a people can think cool,, can be relax in stressed situation,, and another reason why he/she still smoking.. the risk is danger,, i know it,, but to stop it we must have a strong reason that can make our brain said "i can do anything without smoking"... sorry if my post wrong,, i just tell what im think.. ^^

Dear Yohanes,Its ok. How do you think that when He/she was not smoker (or non smoker)can not think cool & sharp, can not be relax.Actuality, it is Symptom of addiction.

yes i agree with you,, that felling is because a addiction.. i think if he/she non smoker,, they will be more sharp and relax at all situation.. so i dont want more people join to be a smoker.. that's enough man in that world who be a smoker.. smoking is not good for health,, trust it.. for smoker,, try to stop it,, if you really want to leave it.. if you not get 100% confidence to leave it,, maybe someday you will be a smoker again and more intensive.. ^^

True... but overweight people can also have most of those diseases... And most people who give up the smoking habit... put on weight instead.

Look, it depends. I dont smoke, and i dont plan to BUT smoking on itself is not bad. Smoking can help you but it is also dangerous, like most things. You have hear it from different perspacetives. Someone that chooses to smoke should be aware of the possible consequences. If you are NOT addicted it can be fine, it can calm you down if you are stressed and keeps your weight down. PLus you can easily give up if you want. If you are addicted it can cause what you've just mentioned..
