i don't know how to make friends with sb

What's an sb? Often times, we do have to be careful with how we phrase our words. I know that some people consider being frank a good attribute but unfortunately, that is very uncommon. Being frank has its proper time and place and so does being nice :) It all revolves around how to behave appropriately among people. If everybody were to do everything they wanted, then no one would be considerate and no one would be living in harmony with each other. Thanks for the response on my discussion :)

I think you should treat differernt people in different ways.If someone is close to you and do not mind your direct ways,you can follow your inclinations.But if you have just made a new friend and have not been familiar with each other,I think you had better beat about the bush in some required occasion.You can also buy some books in order to improve your interpersonal skills.I am sure you can get along with others well.
