Good Web/Video Conferencing Software?

Is there any web conferencing or video conferencing software that will accept and find all email addresses? I want one software to be able to find all my contacts, but with yahoo messenger or msn messenger it will only allow me to im contacts with their respective addresses. Is there such a program? Any suggestions, trying to set up a web cam for use with family while we are working - we drive a truck and are away from home for a month at a time and this would be a good way to keep in touch! Any suggestions would be appreciated, as I am totally confused??!! LOL
