I do not understand what you mean by what must I do. Did you invite her, or is she just happen to be coming to St. Vincent. If you gave her your address, then you must want to see her, so there really is no question. Only you know what you and her have been discussing online, so I think run or stay is a question only you can answer. I do not have enough information about your online relationship to give you a valid answer.
