"When a teacher calls a boy by his entire name, it means trouble." - Mark Twain When my kids hear their whole name they know they are in trouble! How about your kids?

my oldest and youngest child - this is a picture of my oldest child and my youngest son, at my duaghter's wedding.
Same here, when my children hear their first and middle name called, they know they've done something wrong. We have 4 children and I have nick names for each of them, so when they here that name they know there's no trouble, that way they can tell the difference. My oldest is 23 and just got married, the 2 in the middle are 20 (1 is my son, the other is my step daughter) out youngest is 10 (my husband and I have yours, mine, and ours)...so I have a little experience, and I love to tell my youngest that when he thinks he's gotten away with something.

Same here. My younger one is very young but the older one is addressed by a 'pet name' at home. So, the moment I use his full first name (which is actually 2 different names together and most people refer to him by the first part of the first name), he knows he is in trouble.
