XBox vs. PS3 vs. WII

I bought PS3 80 GB for $499 i think now u can buy it for 399 now. my opinion PS3 is better than the other 2 consoles. For the games buy unchated Drake's Fortune i liked the game.

The 360 is down to 200 and the graphics are really good, and so are the games. The games are a little expensive, but if you really want that blueray go for the ps3. but thats the most expensive of the 3. I personally dont like the wii, most of the games for it suck.

As has been mentioned, you can purchase the Xbox 360 for pretty cheap now. The Xbox 360 also has the best selection of games. The interactive nature of the Wii is nice, but there aren't enough quality games. Fable II looks great. It depends on your gaming style and what games you like, but I'd go with the XBox 360 and then buy a Blu-Ray drive for the PC as they are cheap enough now.

I have heard a lot of good things about the PlayStation 3,the X-box 360 and the Nintendo Wii and they are all great systems,me and my fiance own a Halo 3 Edition X-box 360 and I am really happy with it,because the X-box 360 has great graphics and an extensive game selection and it has Halo 3 which is an awesome game,my brother has a PlayStation 3 that he really likes,and he likes the games you can find on it and he likes the blue ray,but he still comes over to play Halo 3 on the X-box 360,and my cousin has an Nintendo Wii and me and my fiance have played a couple of games on it,and it seems like a lot of fun,and me and my fiance are saving to get a Wii sometime in the future,but for what system to buy,I would say it depends on your preferences,and what type of games you are into.

i would go for the wii.. motion controlled, its awesome, we play on the wii more then on the ps3.. don't have an xbox so got no opinion on it.

I prefer wii because it is just fun! It is a whole new kind of video game console that uses motion sensing remotes. It makes the gameplay more realistic.The wii has some great games like super smash brothers brawl and mario cart wii. The one thing that the wii lacks is the ability to play DVDs but that is what DVD players are for.

I would always consider the games that I want to play when I was considering on which console I was to choose before, among the PlayStation 2, X-Box or the Game Cube. I mean, some games might become exclusive only to a particular console but, would they really be worth fo reasoning on buying the console that they have become exclusive to or consider those other games titles that get to be playable on different consoles? It really depends on the type of games that you really like playing, after determining that, if you find more games like that available on a particualr console, then you should consider buying that console. As much as game graphics is a factor on gaming satisfaction, most games really are are interesting enough due to game play. In my case, I would rather choose the PlayStation 3 since there are titles that are more familiar with the console. (^_^ )

i vote for PS3, reason : i own 2 console in my room, xbox360 and ps3 160GB i compared both console and my result PS3 worth the money i spend, ps3+HDTV wow...the graphic top notch for console..... for the game i recommend Dynasty Warrior 6 :D awesome graphic + mass killing...

All 3 consoles are good though and they have their advantages. Xbox 360 has a larger library of games and Wii is really good for its interactive games. The PS3 however has better technology, and yeah, one of them would be the Blue Ray capability. Although it doesn't have a good selection of games compared to 360, hopefully soon enough, more games will be available. If I would have a change to buy any one of them, I'd buy the PS3.

I'm into SOny. because most of my favorite game developers like Capcom, Sqaure-enix, Konami, Namco are supporting well the console by their finest games. Blueray media also is one issue.

IMO the 360 is best for online gaming (live) & excellent quality for money, the ps3 is best for its graphics but is overpriced & the wii is best for friends and family gaming and is best priced out of the 3. but i would say that the 360 defeats all :D

From what I have seen the 360 has a large game library, and exceptional online capabilities. For someone that sits and plays games alone, but still wants to play them in multiplayer modes, this would be an excellent choice. The PS3 has a smaller games library, and many of the games are still being produced for it's predecessor, the PS2. This makes the need for the PS3 very low, which I think is a mistake by Sony. The WII has some very entertaining games, but they are targetted at a younger audience for the majority. Each system has some benefits that the others do not, it's all about what you really are looking for in console gaming. =)
