The first time you meet your boyfriend, husband, or significant other!!

I met my partner in a Hi5 family chat room. I had gone on there to talk to my friend and she was already talking to him. He started interrupting our conversation saying "oh don't forget about me"So i said "Hello" to him and we got chatting then my friend passed on his email address so i could chat to him on messenger. We chatted for a few weeks then he gave me his mobile number and we started texting and then ringing each other. Then he asked me to go to a party with him so i accepted and traveled up to Scotland to meet him and had a great time, fell in love and ten days later he came back down with me and my children and moved in with us. Now three and a half years on we are engaged and have a two year old son. We could not be happier.

i think mine was alittle funny!! wa going to my school and sudden jump over a gutter and slipped .. this lady ran to help but before she new it she was there with me !! imagine someone trying to help and saw herself in the mess i was i forgot about myself gripped her and ooop on my should and straigth to my house! After leaning up we chatted and talked and flirt and something happened!!! want to know!!!!!! Haaaaa!!!! Ha!!!noP!

We're a cliche couple.. XP Me and my husband met the silliest of ways. He found my profile on Myspace because i am the moderator of the high school we both went to. Anyways, he was living 1400 miles away from me at the time. He sent me a message telling me that he liked my page. We started talking back and forth a bit and shortly after that he wanted to talk on the phone. I was hesitant to give him my phone number since you never know who you can trust lol.. We also found out he was in the same class as my cousin, about 4 years ahead of me and grew up in a house about 1/4 mile from the house i grew up in. I finally gave in, we talked and after that we were CONSTANTLY on the phone, he call and talk while he was at work all day long heh. After about a month of email and phone calls he said he was going to fly up and see me. I took my two best friends with me to the airport just to be safe and when he came off the plane my heart did pitter patters. XD We spent the next 4 days together every second of the day and it was amazing. Having to watch him fly back to where he was from was one of the hardest things i had to do.. :( It wasn't even a month later he was wanting to come back up, so he flew up and we loaded up my car then he, myself and my son drove 1400 miles and we stayed at his place for a couple months. He quit his job, we loaded up the car, came back here and 3 years later we are married and our son is due to be born any day now. :)

Hi there Bella. I remember our first date (before we were a couple). We were both late (her elevator wasn't working, and my buss hit traffic), but when i was closing in and called her to tell her that i see her, she said that she was not seeing me, so i told her to stop looking at the brunette girl in front of me, and to look a little farther and we both laughed about it when i got next to her. Also a nice moment on that day and also funny was when we decided to sit down on a bench (we were in a park) and to watch how acorns were falling down and we were waiting for them to hit some targets (or maybe even us ).

:) my boyfriend of 4 years and 10 months was a highschool classmate of mine :) we were never close before but before graduation we suddenly felt a strange connection between the two of us and started going out. everything back then was not formalized. we did not tell our friends regarding our hooking-up--but they later found out :d i am so happy to meet him i can't think of anyone replacing him.

Me and my girlfriend work in the same office. She has her seat in front of me and gradually we started talking and became friends. Nothing special happened. In due coarse of time, we developed a liking for each other and today we are together.

Well let me first talk about when I had my tougne done. I had it done on a Saturday morning and my tounge was so swollen I couldn't shut my mouth and I had a family function to go to that evening. So I went to the family thing and my grand mother had a fit! I left it in for the day and the next day she freaked again so I went to get a spacer bar. 3 DAYS later I was able to take the regular one out and put the spacer in. That night I swalled it. So in the morning I ran to the tattoo/pericing shop and got another. Swalled that one too!!! I guess what was happening was went I would lay down my touge would swell again and because the spacer bars aren't that tight they were coming right off. After the third one swalled I gave up!!! So don't feel like an idiot- your not!!! Now to the question. My 20th birthday ended up being a crappy birthday my best friend had to work and I ended up getting a not so good tattoo with some other friends. So the day after my best friend begged me to go out with him. Said that I really needed it and I should go and at least have one drink with him. After much arguing that I "looked like helll, had a long day, had a long night, blah blah" I agreed to go. So the people we were meeting I didn't know so we get to the resturant/bar and walk in I scanned the place and said to my friend is that the table we are going to? He said yes. I said to him see that guy there in the black shirt ... I want him! That was it me and the guy in the black shirt (Brian) spent that night together and 5 years later are still spending the night together. In that 5 years we... Started - Oct 17th 03 Married - July 17th 04 Moved from FL to PA - Oct 23rd 05 Got pregnant - March 06 Bought a house - June 1st 06 Had our daughter - Dec 5th 06 Then in March 08 we started having problems (as you know from my discussions) Here we are in Nov 08 and although we are still having some problems we are working on things and trying to make it work. Yes as of right now we are working on things and making future plans.

I met my wife the first time in a my friend's wedding. She was adamant to make us meet since she thought that we were made for each other. I rememeber that both of us were shy of each other.© ronaldinu 2008

The Boss and I were both training to be telephone counsellors Bella. We were on the same course and she was just the mad looking one with toothbrushes for earrings! (She moved on to fried eggs at the next class!). She seemed friendly and I was as I always am in new groups. Quiet and shy - truly! One day we had to do some role play together, I asked her out ona trip to Brighton on England's south coast. I bought her an ice cream, she wouldn't give me a lick. I took her to dinner and split my trousers. She still married me and she's not managed to shake me off since!

I met mine for the first time in our local nightclub, he was so gorgeous but I was in a sort of relationship at the time and so was he. We had a little guilty kiss and he asked if he could stay mine the night! I told him very politely "not a chance"! I did say though that I would be in the nightclub again the next week, but I could not make it and neither did he! It was then a further 2 months before our paths crossed again, I was with my friend who actually turned out to be a cousin to him and I was single by that time too. We had just walked in the club and my friend told me she had just seen him, I dragged her quickly in the toilets and redid my hair and make up and then tried to walk out calmly. We went upstairs to get a drink and we sat down at a table, my friend said he had come upstairs and then the next minute he came over to us and we said "Hi" and when I asked him how he was he responded with "yeah great I am young, free and single now" I said "how funny, so am I" and that was it, by the end of the night we were together and still are 9 years later.

i met my significant other as part of an arranged marriage. She had just retruned for Japan to meet me. We met one afternoon. i sat and had a long chat with her for about an hour and half. The first thign she asked me was "Do you smoke?" I ws taken aback and for a moment thought of denying it. Then i thought might as well start on a truthful note. i said "Tes I do, but I am tryign to stop." She said "Doesn't matter, i like men smoking." Well that was a good begining. And so our conversation went on and on and we ralsied that we could pull along well.

I met my boyfriend more than seven years ago. It was my first day at work in my first ever job and he was already working there for a year. It was only after 6 months from the first time we met that he courted me. I still remember how snobbish he was then, he just looked at me and then looked away. But he told me when we are already dating that he liked me at the first time he saw me. Although I didn't feel the same way, I found him kind and attractive, but I did not like him in a snap. We are now together for more than six years and looking forward for more years to come.

When I remember back the time when I met her at my college. We had our first met at bus stop as my friend and I are going to hang out together. My friend is a girl and she also bring her 2 other friends too. One of her friends is the one who I fall in love and I had made myself to flirt her. Thats how we become a couple.
